I have posted the same summaries, plus a few scanned key images from the manga. Yes, I bought a scanner, but I'm not going to do scanlation without permission of the author or publisher if the manga is licensed in the US. Sorry, but there are some things professionals should not do even though students can get away with it (Please do not ask me for raws of manga that are licensed in the US, nor raws of "Kisu Yori mo Hayaku"). I have posted Zettai Heiwa Chapters 4 and 5. I put in a couple of scanned images from chapter 4. I will post chapter 6 with 3 scanned images tomorrow. Chapter 7 is translated and on the way and I'm in the middle of translating chapter 8.
