Bleach has been adapted into an anime series, two OVAs, two anime films, rock music, and various video games. Compilation manga volumes have sold more than 39 million copies in Japan. Bleach tells a man named Ichigo Kurosaki.
Ichigo Kurosaki is a rough-and-tumble teenager who always has a special ability to see spirits. Bleach story begins with the sudden appearance of strange-dressed stranger in Ichigo's room. Foreign Rukia Kuchiki is a shinigami, who was surprised by his ability to see it. The resulting conversations they troubled by the appearance of hollow, an evil spirit. After Rukia is severely wounded during battle while trying to protect Ichigo, she decides to transfer half of its power to Ichigo, hoping to give him a chance to face the hollow on an equal footing. Ichigo unintentionally absorbs all the power of Rukia's return, allowing Kurosaki Ichigo to defeat the hollow with ease.
The next day, Rukia appears in Ichigo's classroom as a transfer student. Much surprise, he now seems to be a normal human. He theorized that it was the unusual strength of Ichigo's spirit that caused him to fully absorb its power, so he was left stranded in the human world. Rukia has transferred herself into Gigai - an artificial human body - while waiting to recover her abilities. Meanwhile, Kurosaki Ichigo must take over her job as a shinigami, battling hollows and guiding lost souls to the afterlife.
Bleach is a manga series authored by Tite Kubo (ä¹?ä¿ åž¯ 人 Kubo Taito) people from Japan,
Bleach tells the story of Ichigo Kurosaki, a high school student who has the ability to see ghosts, and Rukia Kuchiki, a shinigami (death god) who one day met with Ichigo while chasing evil spirits called hollows. By the time Rukia fight against the hollow, he was injured and therefore he had no other way besides transferring his power to Ichigo's shinigami even though it is a crime in the story of this bleach. Since then this is the adventure of Ichigo and Rukia begin. They both seek adventure and fighting the hollows and perform the burial ceremony for the spirits wandering spirits so that the spirits haunts receive cleaning and they can be sent to Soul Society
Bleach The Soul Society
After about two months, finally the two pursuers of the Soul Society comes to the human world to bring back Rukia, which will be executed. Because the shinigami Rukia had given him the strength which is a first-class crime and also because he stayed too long in the human world.
The second pursuer is Renji Abarai (childhood friend of Rukia) and Byakuya Kuchiki, who was none other than Rukia's brother. Ishida who at the time it came out accidentally saw Rukia is being chased by Byakuya and Renji, she tried to help but by Byakuya Rukia defeated in a flash and soon after it came to helping Ichigo and Rukia when Ichigo almost managed to beat Renji, Ichigo's sword is broken and Byakuya finally finish off Ichigo's shinigami power and eliminate his left Ichigo and Rukia in the rain.
Ichigo is realized finally decided to restore his strength training with Urahara in a secret place in the store. Inoue, Chad, and Ishida was also training with Yoruichi. Uruhara said that the quickest way to become a shinigami is to cross the hollow. And finally Ichigo becomes a shinigami with hollow despite its own power within his soul.
Not long after that they finally went to Soul Society. Log into the Soul Society is not an easy thing, because there are guards and the dome of protection. With the help Ganju and his sister so they can get. Ganju also help them on the inside. In Soul Society they have to deal with the power of 13 army divisions shinigami. Even have to deal with the vice captain and captain of his strength beyond expectations. Even when faced with Zaraki Kenpachi, Ichigo was severely wounded and his sword broken. But finally managed to meet Rukia Ichigo in a white tower though only for a moment. When Ichigo meets Rukia, Byakuya had come and fight Ichigo, at that time came and took Ichigo Yoruichi go to be trained by Yoruichi bankai.
The 13th division's organization is peculiar; the Captain (Jūshirō Ukitake), due to his weakened health state, firstly gave much of his administrative work to his Lieutenant, Kaien Shiba. After the Lieutenant's death, there has yet to be a replacement for Kaien and administrative duties are assumed by the division's 3rd seat pair. It's also notable that the 13th division is the only one with two 3rd seats and no Lieutenant.

Like all the other barracks, the 13th Division Barracks house the offices and living quarters of the Shinigami of the 13th. The Barrack grounds all contain the Ugendō (雨乾堂, Rain Dried Hall) Quarters, which is set aside for use by Jūshirō Ukitake, the captain of the 13th Division. He is known to rest there to recover from his frequent bouts of illness. The pond around the Ugendō Quarters is filled with Koi stolen from the Kuchiki Family Manor by Yachiru Kusajishi. Orihime Inoue trained in one of the 13th Division training grounds with Rukia Kuchiki.

Rukia Kuchiki - Rukia is a Shinigami that was assigned to protect Karakura Town. Former Protege of Kaien Shiba. Due to intervention from her older brother, she is an unseated officer even though her power is enough to get her a position as a seated officer.

Because of Captain Ukitake's gentle nature, the soldiers of the 13th division all have a steadfast unity. The 13th Division is also said to have a warm, supportive atmosphere.

According to the Shinigami Women's Association aptitude test, this division is popular with those who want a quiet and peaceful life and favoured by those who are big-hearted.
The twelfth Division follows the traditional organization of a Gotei 13 Division. The 12th Division is a one-man division, with Mayuri Kurotsuchi having absolute authority. If one dares to utter an opinion, he could very well find himself reconstructed into a human bomb. The secret to longevity here is working quietly and without being noticed.
Special Duties
The 12th Division develops new technology and spiritual tools and its been the home of the S.R.D.I. for 110 years. The 12th Division has been directly linked to the Shinigami Research and Development Institute over 100 years ago by former Captain Kisuke Urahara. As such technological and scientific research has become the full measure of what the division involves itself in primarily. Members are tasked with research and collection of data and samples, something both the current and previous Captains are very enthusiastic about, though not to the same extreme.

Like all the other barracks, the 12th Division Barracks house the offices and living quarters of the Shinigami of the 12th. During the captaincy of Kisuke Urahara, he converted part of the 12th Division into the then newly formed Shinigami Research and Development Institute. Since then, new buildings appear to have been erected for the Shinigami Research and Development Institute, complete with its own gate and all. Mayuri also runs a cosmetic surgery clinic called Charismatic Dr. Mayuri Kurotsuchi's Magical Clinic ((カリスマDr.[ドクター]涅マユリの マジカル☆クリニック, Karisuma Dr.[Dokutā] Kurotsuchi Mayuri no Majikaru Kurinikku) from the buildings controlled by the 12th Division.

Rin Tsubokura - Rin is a Shinigami who bears a strong resemblance to the 7th Seat of the 4th Division Hanatarō Yamada. He has a fondness with candy and sweets.
Hiyosu - Hiyosu is a department head in the Research Institute tied to the 12th division. He is a large man with a bulbous head and an extendable eyeball via a crank on his head. He was the one that originally discovered Rukia Kuchiki's unusual gigai.
Akon - Akon is the second-best gigai scientist in the Research Institute. He is tall and eyebrow-less, with a jagged part. On his forehead are three short horns. He was the first to realize that Rukia's gigai was created by someone working outside the laws of the Soul Society.

In the 12th division, Kurotsuchi Mayuri, the captain, holds absolute power. Members of the division fear that those who express unwanted opinions could be chemically altered without their knowledge into essentially becoming living bombs. The key to long life is succeeding in their missions without getting in the way.[6]

Shinigami Women's Association Aptitude Test
According to the Shinigami Women's Association aptitude test, those who are willing to dedicate their life to research are best suited for this division but the Association warns that recruits must be prepared for consequences.
"11th division - the faces in Team Zaraki - the love for fighting to them is like the need for three meals a day!" - Tite Kubo The Eleventh Division (十一番隊, jūichibantai), also known as Squad 11 in the English Dub (and is sometimes called the Zaraki Corps and Zaraki Squad), is one of the Gotei 13, headed by Captain Kenpachi Zaraki.
The Eleventh Division follows the traditional organization of a Gotei 13 Division. The Division has no Fourth Seat even though the 5th Seat, Yumichika Ayasegawa is technically qualified for the position. However, he chooses to be the Fifth Seat because he can't take the position of Third Seat, leaving a vacant position that won't be filled as nobody is more qualified than him within the division short of the first three seats.
Special Duties
The Eleventh Division is the direct-combat Division with a specialization in swords-only combat, forgoing the other Shinigami arts and thereby being one of the most specialized divisions in the Gotei 13. The division's doctrine of dominating in battle is what appeals to its members; they believe that fighting is what makes life worth living. This is what separates 11th Division from the others and makes them the strongest division. Everyone in the 11th Division are highly skilled in fighting. They believe if they are going to die anyway, go down fighting gloriously. The division is also setup so that to become the Captain of the Eleventh, the candidate must do so through the third method of becoming a captain, killing the previous captain in front of 200 members of the Division, which is almost the entire Division. Upon defeating the previous Kenpachi, the new captain takes on the name of Kenpachi or the best swordsman of each generation. Since the rise to captain status of the current Kenpachi, an unofficial rule has been added that says to be a true member of the Eleventh Division, one's Zanpakutō must be a melee-type.

While as a member of the 11th Division he learned how to fight more efficiently from Ikkaku. He remained there until his promotion to Lieutenant of the 6th Division.
Tetsuzaemon Iba - Iba served a member of the Eleventh Division, under Zaraki. Despite the specialization of the Division he also trained to use Kidō, as it would make him more likely to be promoted. He eventually became the Lieutenant of the 7th Division.

Recruitment
As the Eleventh Division regards combat as the ultimate law, the atmosphere of the Eleventh Division attracts only stalwart men who live for battle. That's why the Eleventh Division sets the standard for combat for all the other divisions. In addition, while members of the Eleventh Division give the impression of being a band of wild outlaws, the men of the Eleventh brag about being firmly unified under Kenpachi.

Kōkichirō Takezoe - Current 7th Seat of the 10th Division. Not much is known about Kōkichirō, except being mentioned in passing as Hitsugaya and Matsumoto were discussing Gin Ichimaru's involvement in Aizen's murder.
Former
Nothing is known of the former members of the 10th Division. Except that the division was without a captain until Tōshirō Hitsugaya was promoted. Also, according to Retsu Unohana, the former captain of the 10th Division had fallen in combat.
Recruitment
Captain Hitsugaya's leadership is meticulous and he pays close attention to his soldiers, as a result everyone works very hard. The sole exception to this is Lieutenant Matsumoto, who cleverly pushes all her work onto her captain. The soldiers of the Tenth Division find the captain and the lieutenant very approachable and as such the division is kept in excellent condition.

After the Defection of Kaname Tōsen the Division is currently run by the next highest authority in the 9th Division, Lieutenant Shūhei Hisagi. The Captain of the 9th Division is also the Editor-in-Chief of the Sereitei News Magazine.
Special Duties
The mission of the Ninth Division is to protect the Seireitei. It is always on standby for combat because it is the security force of the Gotei 13. Traditionally, Ninth Division has overseen arts and culture. For this reason it is known to be in charge of the Seireitei news magazine. All the lieutenants of the divisions of Gotei 13 hand in their reports to them.
